On Thursday, September 26, we will be going to Manitoulin Island to hike the Cup and Saucer Trail. Drive time to the trailhead is about two hours, so let's meet in the parking lot at 8:15 am for an 8:30 am departure. Hike time will be about four and a half hours depending on trail conditions and the pace of the group. Please wear sturdy footwear, bring your lunch and sufficient water for a 10 km hike. This is an all day outing followed by an optional meal at the Red Dog Grill.
If you plan to attend please call or text Astrid at 705-849-3879 and advise if you are a driver or a passenger in need of a ride to the trailhead. Before you leave the parking lot, make sure that your driver/passengers have the same dinner plans that you do!
