Saturday morning yet another happy , smiling troup of wanderers set out to enjoy the colours and sunshine.
We explored the "wilderness" south of Elliot Lake. Along the varied trails (and some off trails) we saw parts of Slipper Lake, Crystal Lake and Angel Lake. The variety of sizes, and colours of mushrooms along the trails was amazing. Some raccoon tracks were visible in the mud.
Again, there was debris left along some areas. We brought out what we could.
To think we did not even go further than one kilometre from the paved streets of Elliot Lake to see all this!
