RESPONSE RE TRAIL ACCESS

The following is from the City on this issue. All parks and parking lots are closed . So the key access points for trails that invite people to park and congregate are also closed by order of the province. If a resident can manage to safely park somewhere and access a trail without the need to access a park or staging point, then the trail use is permissible. Social distancing on trails is still mandatory and the city’s parking bylaw still applies, so be wary of where you park.
