SHERIFF CREEK 2021 08 17

Ginette led a group of hikers to Sheriff Creek, where we hiked the red and yellow trails, and then taking the trail towards the ski hill. After passing the Horne Lake viewpoint, we continued on the VTA trail, but later veered off the trail to “bush whack” through an area that Ginette had previously marked. 
Chuck gave us good information on the various types of mushrooms, and he collected a good amount for his supper! Near the end of the red trail, close to the parking lot we came across a scary “disembodied” hand - someone was clever!
