Chuck took a bunch of us, hikers past and present, out to Quirke Lake today for a brilliant paddle. We paddled to Rooster Rock and looked at the fading pictographs. Just past Rooster Rock we pulled out and had lunch and chit chat. After a bit we got back into our various vessels, paddled around a couple of islands, back past Rooster Rock (seems we cant get enough of it) and then back to the wharf. It was a great day on the water with near mirror like conditions. Great time had by all. Thanks Chuck!
