The hike today on the Jim Christ Trail, it was completed in a little over five hours, total distance was a little over 14 km. Out of the four attendees, three wore snowshoes. Very picturesque hike and it was enjoyed by all. A nice place for lunch was found deep in the woods. Numerous moose, grouse, rabbit and squirrel tracks were seen in the snow along with a few bird sightings. The sun made an appearance in between snow showers. Overall, an excellent hike to end off the year.
