A group of nine hikers appeared to be in mid-season form as they tackled the hilly 7 plus kilometre section of the McCabe Lake Recreation Trail today. Some hikers chose to wear snowshoes, one was in crampons, and others just wore boots as the depth of snow accommodated hikers' choice. We moved along as a finely tuned unit enjoying the sunshine, blue sky, brisk temperatures and camaraderie. Many thanks to sweep Renee and the rest of today's collective.
