Eleven hikers completed the trail to Pim’s camp on Slipper Lake and enjoyed the fine views and scenery along the way. The day was sunny but there was a steady “breeze” - a reminder that spring is still some ways off. There were several steep sections and quite a bit snow on the trail, so everyone got a good workout. We stopped for lunch and a group photo at the campsite and admired the beauty of the location. It was nice to see such a large group on a snowshoe hike; it made for good fellowship and lively conversation.
