Chuck and Jim led 15 south of town to the logging road near Bell lake. Two first timers joined us for the road walk.. birds are back calling, flitting about and gathering nest material. The melting snow is slowly uncovering treasures and we picked up several bags full. The road was mostly dry but afforded opportunities to demonstrate non snowshoe footwork.. clouds dispersed and sun shone for the return trip and then rain welcomed us back to town..
