9 of us finished clearing what will soon be signed as EMILY'S TRAIL. some of you may know it as Spine Beach Trail or Sandy Point Trail. It started of as a fairly cool morning, Four of us went by two water crafts to Sandy Beach and worked our way back while the other 5 worked their way to Sandy Beach from Spine Beach. Everyone put in a good effort and we managed to meet up in the trail closer to Sandy Beach. As the day progressed it became warmer and more pleasant. there was much discussion and laughter on the trail. Everyone had fun and went home all tuckered out with a nice sense of accomplishment.
Soon we will have a trail dedication ceremony that will be the finishing touch on the trail.
