A dozen cheerful hikers started out on the hike to the falls. We were joined by a new hiker who has expressed a desire to join our club, yeah! New members are always a good thing. There was a constant buzz of conversations on the trail, and we listened to the discussion on the war by Russia on the Ukraine. Not sure if we were able to determine what the outcome will be, however. The trail is in great shape, although the water coming over the rocks at the falls was very minimal. We had a short break and then set off back to the cars as some had to get back to go to Mississagi Park for the hike there. This was a new hike for some of the hikers and all agreed that it is a lovely destination.
