Nine hikers set out to hike the Jack Rabbit trails and little did they know….. We had to break trail the entire way, although coming back on the same trail was a delight!! We all took turns breaking the way through the deep, fluffy snow. One of the hikers had never been on snow shoes before and made the entire trek on borrowed snow shoes.
It was hard work, but I think we all enjoyed the experience as the weather co-operated.
No complaints was heard by the leader, so I think it was a good work out for all.
