Astrid led a large seniors group of 18 hikers. The unique feature of this hike was the number of long term club members. It was like a huge homecoming !!! Great to see . The hike was along the snowshoe trail off of Panel mine road. There was very little snow but it was a bit icy in patches. At one point the trail was flooded and we took a bit of a challenging alternate route but all us old timers were up for the challenge. There was a lot of reminiscing and overall a “feel good “ atmosphere .
