Dave led 10 to Sherif lake from the berm.. well packed trail along the top of the ridge. Frequent stops for breathers after the long hill.. saw no others so it was quiet when we stopped talking... break at the dam, last summer, the creek was dry, now it is back to normal... lots of tracks but no animals seen... otter tracks along with a slide on the creek.. long mouse trails.. just at freezing so very pleasant hike, some had to de-layer... moved at quite the pace for a Monday hike.. 3.5 km. a couple of hours total... good day to be alive..
