Cobre Lake Trail 2023 Thursday 9 November, 9am
It is that time again for another wonderful annual hike on the Cobre Trail. We will RV at the bank, earlier than usual, at 9 am, for instructions and to car-pool. Expect to return to town around 4:30pm. See no less than 3 lakes and an old copper mine tunnel with that "lived in" look. Mt. Belvedere is a very fine look-out, as well. A special invitation is extended to the "Camino Girls". This would be an excellent training hike, 13 km of roughish terrain is probably equal to about 20 km of walking on a smoother trail in the Spanish springtime...
