Beautiful day for a 3.8 km hike into Rye Lake. Six of us trekked along, admiring nature’s beauty - lots of arbutus flowers, pink lady slippers, small purple violets, - lots of stops to take pictures. Lively conversations made for a fun outing. Nice breezes kept the flies at bay- all in all a near perfect hiking day!
