Esten Lake West Coast - Poor Bev did another 11km hike in another week.
We are such an active club. Three hikers started near Frame Cr. andheaded along the easy ATV trails to "the Everglades". The trail was
difficult to find since one of the markers had fallen off the tree. One
makeshift bridge broke and one foot was soaked. The lookout was very
nice for the lunch stop since the sun was shining by then. The way back
was described as fit for a mountain goat and we discovered parts from an
old washing machine. A great workout and worthy Thursday hike at 4:45
hours duration.
