Hiking Chicks Dinner for April

Next Hiking Chicks dinner will be at the new Fireside Classic Grill, next to the Trading Post, at 5pm. on Friday, 15th. April.
Please call Emily at 705 848-5980 before April 12th. if you are attending and she will make the reservation.

Who we are

Welcome to the blog of the Coureurs de Bois Outdoors Club headquartered in Elliot Lake, Ontario, Canada.

We are a very casual hiking club.

We have about 250 kilometers of trails in the pre-cambrian shield, a beautifully scenic and fairly rugged area of lakes, wetlands and rocky areas amply covered by all manner of flora and fauna.

We offer leisure, easy and intermediate hikes, snow shoe hikes and special events throughout the year.
