Dave led 16 today on the seniors hike from the bank over to Horne lake via the ski hill parking lot. We had two guest hikers ( twins btw) visiting Muriel. We also had a few long time members who are starting to do these hikes.
The highlight of the trip was crossing a boardwalk and noticing a young beaver chomping on a small limb. It clearly was not interested in our large group despite how close we were ( about 3 feet away).
A great hike once again !
