Sunday Jean Guy will be leading a recon hike to find an old trail that leads up to Mount McBean just south of Massey. This will be an intermediate class of hike. A lot of stop and go likely with some clearing and marking involved. Plan A is to make it to the top of McBean which overlooks the north channel. Plan B will to go as far as we can and come back another day.
The plan is to meet at the bank for a 9:00 am departure. The drive is about 1.5hr each way. Please carpool and offer the driver some cash.
